The electronic-Transportation Enterprise Activity Management System (e-TEAMS) enables SCDOT consultants to communicate the status of their project activities to the SCDOT.

The status of the consultant activities must be performed in e-TEAMS prior to or at the time of pay application submittal. A printed copy of the Activity Status report shall accompany the pay application to SCDOT. Failure to update and attach the update reports may delay or withhold payments by the SCDOT.
